Hotel Napoleon

A relative of mine was robbed in front of this hotel when she was boarding the San Marino bus. They have cameras but apparently these cameras are not working or they don't want to get involved in this. This review has nothing to do with the hotel, but I was expecting more help from a hotel that is welcoming a lot of tourists. Anyway, I just wanted to signal that the area around the hotel is pretty dangerous so you must pay a lot of attention to your belongings especially when it is crowded. I also want to add that the Rimini police is extremely useless so don't expect any help from them. They will send you from one police station to another until you get bored and give up.

Ypu can hear everything what others do in their room next to yours...the walls are very thin, also the breakfast very poor.... There literally everything packed and nothing fresh... I could buy it all in the market nearby. Coffee was very bad. Beds are really old and very uncomfortable... All in all they should renovate this place and provide better acoustic for the rooms.

When I wanted to pay in the Visa Card and the payment device was in the hands of the receptionist, he reached out to take the card and I gave it to him because it seemed he wanted to put it in the machine, but the surprise was that he took two steps towards the photocopier and took a picture of the bank card without asking my permission and This is an infringement on my privacy and he has no right to do this without permission, so I was very upset with him, and when I asked him why he did that, he replied that it is normal in Italy and he gave me the key to my room. Unfortunately, the wireless network was bad in it and the sound insulation system was bad, so the sound of the train and the noise of the street was loud So I asked to change the room, but he refused on the pretext that there are no vacant rooms, knowing that there were many vacant rooms..so I left the next morning after a very bad night.
